When do I pay for a Catering Event?
Answer: A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is due when date is set. The balance is due two weeks before the Event Date.

How long until I have to set a Date for a Catering Event?
Answer: You will have two weeks from the initial Quote given to confirm the date and send deposit. After two weeks with no confirmation; your date will be left open and may get filled; the Event will be taken off of Nicholas Catering’s Calendar.

Can I have food items from another at the Catered Event?
Answer: Yes, but the items have to be made separate from Nicholas Catering items and proof of proper insurance for the other caterer has to be given to Nicholas Catering.

What is your refund policy?
Answer: The $250.00 deposit is non-refundable. We do not refund monies after and event due to lack of attendance. Our food is prepared for the number of persons you initially requested.
